Employed by an engineering firm that specializes in process and production, Jake brings attention to detail and management skills to RMO. Jake has served as an interim youth minister and has 11 years of experience in outdoors youth ministry including outfitting trips, fundraising and organizational management. During that time he has developed skills in business management/finance in both profit and non-profit sectors. Jake’s outdoors activities focus on hunting and fishing. He is an accredited bow hunter education safety instructor. Engaged to be married, he resides in Bullard, Texas.

Micah Bierig (PIX)
Outfitter
Born and raised in Tyler, Micah is an avid hunter, hiker and part-time fisherman. He has guided over 45 outfitted hunting or fishing trips and has more than 900 days field experience. And for nine years he has worked as an outfitter for youth hunting, fishing, camping, and survival trips. His spiritual life includes work with youth groups as music and worship leader. Micah is the owner of a lawn and landscape company. During the 15 years since starting his business, he has garnered valuable training in management and finance. Married with two sons of his own, he resides in Brownsboro, Texas.
